Easily detect MOLD with testing at our AIHA LAP, LLC Accredited Laboratory. Includes testing for Black Mold.

• You are purchasing a state-of-the-art kit that provides the supplies necessary for sample collection and shipping of your mold sample(s), to our laboratory.
• Test up to 10 locations (mold samples) per kit. This kit is designed to test visible mold on surfaces and on bulk-samples such as but not limited to wood, insulation, carpet, etc. This kit is not designed to test air (See “NOTE” below about air testing).
• A $20 Lab Fee is required for mold analysis per sample submitted when test kit is registered online. This will allow your test results to be issued in a standard amount of time (3-5 business days), after we receive your sample(s). Business days do not include time in transit of your sample to our lab, nor weekends, nor holidays.
• Need your results faster? You may choose the “Rush” option when registering your test kit online and pay an additional $20/sample. Paying for “Rush Services” will issue your test results in 1-business day.
• Want to test for more than just mold? You may choose our “Expanded Services” (testing for bedbugs, lice, and more) when registering your kit online by paying an additional $20/sample Expanded Services Fee.
• Our laboratory is AIHA LAP, LLC accredited in all 50 states for mold testing and meets requirements for home inspections, mortgage loans, and real estate transactions. Certified reports are issued after testing is completed.
• NOTE: This kit does not test air samples. To have the air in your home tested, we recommend you contact a certified company who provides such services. Do not be fooled by DIY mold test kits that claim to sample and test your air by certified means. Testing for air by certified guidelines requires pumps, motors, and special sampling vessels.
